This is a hit song from the movie Pallaandu Vaazhga starring MGR, Latha and others. This movie was a remake of the hit Hindi movie Dho Aaankhen Barah Haath. The music for the movie had been composed by K V Mahadevan and the song has been written by the lyricist Pulamaipithan. The song has been sung by K J Yesudas. The song features MGR and all the convicts taken on by him to be reformed. The group consists of the entire list of actors who had played negative roles in several films of MGR.
