This is a hit song from the movie Jeans starring Prashanth (double role), Aishwarya Rai, Nassar, Radhika, Lakshmi and others. The movie was directed by Shankar and the music had been composed by A R Rahman. All the songs from this movie had been a huge hit though the movie didn't do too well. The song has been sung by Hariharan and Sadhana Sargam. In an earlier post there is an interesting link about Sadhna Sargam which shows the first song which Sadhna Sargam sang as a child singer for a public service message video telecast in Doordharshan those days. Those days Shankar had been very keen to use Computer Graphics (CG) in his movies and this movie had fully been made with the help of CG in the sense that Prashanth's and Nassar's double roles been realistic because of the CG technology.
