This is a superhit song from the movie Kudiyiruntha Koyil starring MGR, Rajashree, Jayalalitha, Pandari Bhai, V K Ramasami, Vijayalakshmi and others. This song has been sung by TMS and L R Easwari. Next to P Susheela L R Easwari had sung several songs during that period. The music by MSV for this song seems to be inspired by some Spanish Music. This particular song features MGR and Rajashree. As mentioned in an earlier post related to another song from this movie MGR has played a dual role in this movie. Since there is no difference in make up to differentiate between the two characters, one character has a distinct mannerism (or style) to make it easy for the audience to identify that character!
