This is a comical song featuring Nagesh and Vijayanirmala in the movie Panamaa Paasamaa. The movie is about the eternal human dilemma about materialism versus spiritualism (or Family Values and Affection). The mother of the heroine is materialistic and all the other characters in the movie are not. Finally the mother too takes the family route. This song features Nagesh who had been an imminent part of almost all movies of those times. The playback singer is A L Raghavan who was known for his very famous rendition of the song Engirunthaalum Vaazhga.
